The Velbon PH-145Q is a all die-cast metal lightweight and compact "revolving" pan and tilt head that features a left side mounted pan/tilt control handle and right tilting camera mounting platform, eliminating shadows, with two comfortable rubber-coated control handles, and a quick release #QB145 camera mounting plate that measures 2" x 1.77". It incorporates three bubble-levels for precise and accurate leveling. The flexible revolving design allows each of the three axis to revolve 360?? independently from the other directions.
