The AF Micro-Nikkor 200mm f/4D IF-ED is a telephoto micro lens for close-ups and nature photography. Its 200mm focal length offers tremendous free-working distance so you can take close-up macro shots of shy or dangerous subjects and still keep your distance. Even at 1:1 magnification, the closest focusing distance is approximately 50cm/19.7? between the front of the lens and the subject. Internal Focusing technology enables fast AF operation and keeps the size of the lens unchanged as you focus.
